This is another IPA, but in a more familiar style. The King's Ferry IPA is a west coast style IPA with a good amount of maltiness to it. It is not too aggresssive and has a sweet lingering mouth feel to it.

We paired this one with a maple syrup honey mustard, so musically I went really "sweet" with it and busted out a string section. It also has a bit of a classic "Hollywood" sound to it, inspired by the "west coast" style. A Celesta brings out the sweet maltiness and polytonal piano chords create a complex and deep musical "flavor" to accompany this beer.
